Tickets may be purchase from all points of sale, at any time, both on pre-order and on the date of the event. Tickets may be purchased at:

On the date of the event (10 November 2024), the tickets will be also available at the main entrance ticket window. The ticket window will be open from 3:00 pm to late night hours. A separate quota of tickets will be offered for sale on the date of the event, so there is no risk that we will run out of tickets.
On 10 November 2024, tickets will be still available at Going and Empik Bilety
- stands serving cold and hot snacks and beverages;
- a restaurant serving hot meals;
- a beer zone;
- a changing room and a locker room;
- a stand with surveys;
- two shops with event t-shirts and gadgets;
- a first aid point.
You must be at least 16 years old to be admitted to Mayday.
If you decide to leave the Arena, you will not be able to return. You will need a new ticket to be admitted again
You may bring a small, compact camera with you (a typical compact camera with a non-exchangeable, fixed or zoom lens), a mobile phone with a built-in camera and a GoPro camera (without additional lenses and adapters).
