Which of your data will be processed and who are they controlled by

When you are using our website, we may be processing your personal data, such as, for instance, the IP of your device, data collected by cookie files or other similar information gathering mechanisms operating on the Users’ devices, provided that such data is sufficient to identify you. Motionmusic, a company with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała, at ul. Towarowa 22, is an entity that acts in the capacity of the data controller, i.e. an entity that decides which of your personal data will be processes, for what purposes and by what means.

What is the aim and the basis of processing of your personal data?

We process your personal data to enable you to use our websites, to conduct quality and effectiveness surveys, to improve content, to conduct direct marketing campaigns, to ensure that information is processed in a secure manner, to manage ICT systems, to protect against claims and to seek the satisfaction of claims.

Your personal data is processed based on our legitimate interest.  The said interest consists in improving our services, in ensuring their best achievable quality and in informing Users about such services. You may manage the consent you have granted. The consent may be withdrawn as well. The provision of personal data is voluntary.

What rights to you enjoy in relations with Motionmusic as far as the processing of your personal data is concerned?

You may require us to: provide you with access to data, correct, delete and transfer data, and, in some cases, restrict the processing of data and not use it for automated decision-making, including for profiling. You shall also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when such data is processed based on a legitimate interest of the controller. You may also lodge a complaint concerning the processing of your personal data with the President of the Data Protection Office.

Who are your personal data made available to?

As a rule, we do not make your personal data available to any third parties, with the exception of situation in which this is necessary to render the services offered by Motionmusic. In such instances, your personal data may be made available, for instance, to economic operators hosting our online services.

How long are your personal data retained by Motionmusic?

We retain the personal data of Users only for the duration that is necessary to achieve the objectives for which such data have been collected, and provided than one of the legal bases referred to above still remain valid, or where a new legal basis has come into effect, for instance a legal provision or the need to satisfy claims in judicial proceedings.
